I 'caught' a granite on the moorland road on the way to a carol evening on 22nd Dec. Hatt Services recovered my vehicle 23rd am, as I had ruined a wheel and damaged the steering rendering the car undriveable. I did not expect to see the car until the new year as the garage was on half day for xmas. However the car was ready by 4pm that day as the mechanic had pulled out all the stops and worked on to make my Christmas better. Cannot praise them enough. Thank you

I've regularly purchased diesel from this friendly garage at the cheapest price available locally and have now been lucky enough to have them carry out a service, MOT and periodic timing belt and water pump replacement on my Volvo XC60 in a most professional way at a fair price. I am not surprised to find that most of my close neighbours are already regular customers.

My Audi Q5 had a major water pump and timing belt failier whilst we were holidaying in St.mellion. I rang main audi dealer in Plymouth and I am still waiting for a return call! Hatt services looked at it and within a very short time had given me a diagnosis and a approximate repair time. When finished, they collected us from railway station on our return. Great communication which is much appreciated. Excellent job all round. Lucky locals to have such a great company on your doorstep. Thanks for all your help.

Away on holiday and had an issue where all headlights had failed, asked if they would be able to take a look as nearest garage I could find. Without an appointment was told to just bring it in.
Within 15 minutes everything was fixed and the charge was nominal, exceptional service, Top Hatt!!

We would give 6 stars if we were able! So impressed with the wonderful service we were given after our motorhome broke down at Saltash Services on Thursday evening as we were on our way to St Austell for our holiday. We were able to park on the garage forecourt overnight so that we were in situ for the morning. The part was ordered at 6pm on Thursday, it came in at 8.30am on Friday morning and had been fitted by 9.30am. Thank you so much to the friendly, helpful and efficient staff.

I travelled to Hatt S/c to view and subsequently purchase a car. The vehicle was meticulously prepared with full MOT and attention to all other details like replacing timing belt and brake pads. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
